The City of Dinuba has prepared a Second Subsequent Draft Housing Element to respond to the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development’s (HCD) review of the previous draft. The revised Draft Housing Element is available for public review and comment from June 24, 2025, to July 1, 2025. The Draft Element can be viewed online at
