On 09/03/19 at approximately 1455 hours, the Dinuba Police Department was dispatched to a confidential address within the city limits for a suspicious incident. Upon arrival, Officers contacted 2 female juvenile Dinuba High School Students. The DHS students advised that as they were walking home, they were going through the parking lot in the 100 block of North Alta. As they passed through the parking lot, they observed a male subject sitting in a vehicle. The male subject exited his vehicle, and from standing by his door, held up what appeared to them to be a 100 dollar bill, while motioning for them to come over to his vehicle.

The DHS students ignored the subject and continued walking n/b on Alta Avenue. The male subject got back into his vehicle and also drove n/b on Alta, passing by their location slowly, before continuing on N/B.

One of the DHS students called their parents, as they took a side street off of Alta.

They described the male subject as being 25-30 years old, dark complexion, possibly wearing a head dress of some sort. He was driving an older, dark colored vehicle.

The School Resource Officer handled the incident and was in contact with Dinuba High School, working closely with them.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact the Dinuba Police Department at (559) 591-5911.
