Water
Services
To
request for water, sewer and trash services or to discontinue services,
customers need to come into City Hall, 405 E. El Monte Way, between 8:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For further information please call (559) 591-5909.
To report water leaks, broken water lines, plugged sewer lines, and traffic
signal outage or problems contact the Public Works Division at 591-5924,
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For emergencies after 5:00
p.m. and weekends contact the Police Department at 591-5911.

Utility Billing
Billing:
Bills are mailed on the first of the month and due within fifteen to twenty
days thereafter. |

Payment
Can
be made to City Hall, 405 E. El Monte Way between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
After hour payments can be made through the drop box located at the front
doors of City Hall.

Fees
For
Customers who rent, there is a $50.00 deposit required before services can
be turned on.

Garbage
Collections
The
city has a Disposal / Recycling Program. Containers are provided by the
City and Refuse Contractor. Contact the Customer Service Office at (559)
591-5909 on the use of the containers. Residential pickup days are as follows:
"North
side" - Streets located north of El Monte Way
- Monday
pick up for split containers
- Tuesday
pick up for yard waste containers
"South
side" - Streets located south of El Monte Way
- Monday
pick up for yard waste containers
- Tuesday
pick up for split containers

pick up schedules vary depending on services provided.
